This website www.sourcedstylingstudio.com and all other associated social media, web content and digital platforms are operated and run by Sourced Interiors ABN 17 535 740 803. By using this website you are acknowledging that you have read our terms and privacy. Sourced Styling Studio is committed to protecting your personal privacy. Our privacy policy outlines the type of information that is collected by Sourced Styling Studio and how we use and will protect it. By using this website, you are agreeing to accept the terms of our current privacy policy as described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you may not use our website.
SERVICES
Sourced Styling Studio provides Interior Styling, Product & Set Styling, Shoot Production Consultations, and photography. Our services are subject to change at our sole discretion. The quality, quantity and description of the Services are as stated in the Scope of Services. We will perform and complete the services in accordance with the Design or Styling Contract. If any services for the Client are performed prior to the operative date agreed upon, those services shall be incorporated in the Services and are governed by the terms of the agreed contract.
PAYMENT & CONRACT ARRANGEMENTS
Sourced Styling Studio shall be entitled to receive full payment for the Styling or any works that have been completed on agreement the client. The client is to cover any additional costs that may occur for location of shoot, out of pocket expenses, styling, travel or transfers which may be invoiced upon completion of project. For stages 1 & 2 in Interior & Property styling a non refundable amount is to be paid prior to stages 3 & 4 being completed. Consultations and works will be quoted on a project basis. All payments must be received before Sourced Styling Studio commences any work, recommendations cannot be purchased until payment has been made in full by the Client. Sourced Styling Studio reserves the right to cancel and refund the client should the need/event arise. Sourced Styling Studio accepts payments via direct bank transfer only, Credit or Debit card incurs an additional fee. Payments must be made within 7 business days of the Invoice date. All deposits are non refundable.
PHOTOGRAPHERS CREDIT
When the Client uses finalised images on Social Media Platforms or in publications, it’s appreciated where possible that photographers credit is given as listed below:

USAGE
Where Sourced Styling Studio Provision of Services involves Photography or Retouching, Sourced Styling Studio standard included license of the Images to the Client covers use of the final edited images only, for distribution worldwide via the internet or public display only, for an agreed usage period time frame. Images may be distributed on Social Channels, Print and Web use. For Advertising usage, such as billboards, promotional signage further fees are applicable to the Client and will be agreed upon and paid in full before distribution.
Without limiting Sourced Styling Studio rights, the Client agrees that Sourced Styling Studio can use photographs and images taken at the location and other material Sourced Styling Studio creates or provides (all Materials) for promotional purposes including as examples of Sourced Styling Studios work and in any brochure, newsletter, manual, report, website or other media, and such use may include the Client’s corporate name or other IP as it appears in the Materials, without liability or compensation to the Client, and Sourced Styling Studio may also alter the Materials, determining to include or remove the Client’s name or other IP, without prior client approval. Sourced Styling Studio reserves the right to subcontract any Services that Sourced Styling Studio has agreed to perform for the Client as Sourced Styling Studio sees fit.
Any extended after 12 months usage must be with the written consent of Sourced Styling Studio and will be subject to a further fee. The Licence cannot be transferred without Sourced Styling Studio’s written consent. No use may be made of the Photographs until payment in full is received, without the express written permission of the Photographer.
COPYRIGHT
The photographs produced by Sourced Styling Studio are protected by Copyright Law and may not be reproduced in any manner without the Photographer’s written permission. The copyright of the Photographs is owned by and retained by Sourced Styling Studio at all times.The Client also agrees that Sourced Styling Studio is the sole author and owner of the Photographs.
ALTERATION
No alteration or manipulation of the Photographs may be made without the permission of the Photographer.
CLIENTS CHOICE
Sourced Styling Studio provides clients with consultancy advice, professional and trade recommendations, photographic and/or product examples for interior styling and furnishing concepts. However, ultimately we respect that the final choice for any creative direction, product purchase, design or colour scheme; or choice of tradespeople will be the client’s final decision.
CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENT SET & PRODUCT STYLING / SHOOT PRODUCTION
All deposits made to Sourced Styling Studio are Non Refundable. These deposits are to book in a scheduled agreed date with the client, which means other work will be turned away to keep the secured date for your booking. If a shoot is cancelled within 24 hours of the shoot date, the client shall also pay 100% of Sourced Styling Studio anticipated fee and 100% of the anticipated fees of any subcontractors booked for the job. If a cancellation is made within 2 days of the photoshoot, Sourced Styling Studio reserves the right to charge the Client the full Fee regardless of how much work has been carried out prior.
INTERIOR DESIGN & PROPERTY STYLING SERVICES
Once appointed we will commence by advising the client on specific needs for the project including the budget, creative approach, products and furnishings, and if required begin sourcing outside suppliers for quotes, products, goods and services (eg. trades/ furnishing / decorative art and products). Should the client cancel or postpone this service and work has commenced, Sourced Styling Studio reserves the right to Invoice for work that has already been completed.
For Property Styling packages, Sourced Styling Studio will issue a deposit Invoice of 25% of the agreed amount once this is a nonrefundable invoice as the sourcing work has commenced. Clients who postpone their projects for more than 6 months are requoted and refunded of the remaining 75% if this has been paid. A 25% fee from Sourced Styling Studio is for services only that have been issued, mood boards, schedules, sourcing time etc. A new quote is proceeded and we reserve the right to increase and requote our fees at any stage post refund.
Prior to purchasing the remaining 75% must be paid in full before we can proceed services. Sourced Styling Studio shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events. Sourced Styling Studio offers no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website. Sourced Styling Studio will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
Should the works be delayed or postponed for a period of 6 months or more in any one stage, through no fault of our own, we reserve the right to review and amend our fees and will notify you of this post payment.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Sourced Styling Studio will respect and protect your privacy, and all information given will only be accessible to Sourced Styling Studio. When you provide us with Personal Information, you are authorising us to use that information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy, which includes your rights to limit our use of the Personal Information.
CHANGES TO OUR POLICY
Sourced Styling Studio reserves the right to change this privacy policy at its convenience. We encourage you to visit the site frequently to stay informed and up to date.
CREDIT NOTES
Please note our credit notes are only valid for six months due to pricing increases and wage costs.
OUR PRODUCT
We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our website are accurately described, and we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers. We will attempt to guarantee that all colours are displayed accurately, however some may vary depending on screen types. If the customer is not happy with these products, this will be considered as a change of mind and expense of the customer. As our products are only showcased a few at a time, there will be occasions where products will be withdrawn from our website and new stock will be updated. We aim to update our website with new suppliers & products each month, therefore some pieces are one off items. ORDER COMPLETION
Once you have placed an order and we have processed your payment we will provide you with an order confirmation by email. We will dispatch your order as soon as payment has come through to our accounts, and you will be given a tracking number. This means your products are now in the hands of a local carrier.
We want you to be happy with your products that you have purchased from Sourced Styling Studio. Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers, if there are any problems with your order we will be in touch with them on your behalf.
